Run for the Kids with 18ten Ministries! Join us on Saturday, October 15, 2022 to support 18ten Ministries in our efforts to respond to the needs of orphans and other disadvantaged children in Central America. Due to supply chain issues, our t-shirt order will be placed on September 20. We cannot guarantee a shirt or swag bag to runners who register after this deadline. We will do our very best to accommodate all runners but we encourage you to register early to avoid missing out on an event shirt.
18ten Ministries’ goal is to establish a network of Christ-centered missions throughout this region that meet both the physical and spiritual needs of local, disadvantaged children. Our strategy is to enlist local churches and Christians to perform this work in the areas where they live. Our role will be to empower them by providing guidance, expertise, resources, and any other necessary help to make these ministries as effective as possible. We want to bring glory to God by sharing the love of Jesus Christ in Central America.
Can't be with us on Race Day? Don't worry! Register as a Virtual Runner and run with us from anywhere around the world! Virtual Runners will receive their event shirt and swag bag via USPS. International runners will be charged an additional $15 for shipping. Register by September 30, 2022 to receive your race swag by Race Day. Registrations received after October 7 will receive a swag bag and shirt but it may not arrive by October 15.
Further your support of 18ten Ministries and become a fundraiser! Every registered participant will receive an auto-generated fundraising page. Claim your page and customize it, telling everyone why you support 18ten Ministries! Send your unique fundraising url to your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors and ask them to support your efforts. Raise $100 or more and win awesome 18ten swag!

10K - 8:00 a.m.
5K - 8:15 a.m.
1K Family Fun Run- 9:30 a.m.
Awards will be presented at 9:15 a.m.
Stick around after your race and enjoy food, fun, and fellowship at the Run for the Kids Post-Race Party! We’ll have a bounce house for the kiddos, snacks for runners, and other activities to enjoy.

Awards: The Overall Male and Female finishers and Under 18 Overall Male and Female finishers in both the 5K and 10K divisions will win an award. A Team Award will be awarded based on number of participants and total distance traveled. Pace is not be a factor for winning team, so all are welcome to compete. Virtual runners will be counted as 5K since we cannot verify distance virtually.
The 1K Family Run and Virtual Run are fun runs and awards will not be given.
